Karen McCollum

My goal is to provide my clients with the information they need to make sound financial decisions. I act as a consultant and an instructor teaching my clients how to efficiently manage the accounting operations of their business while meeting the requirements of federal and local taxing authorities.

I received my B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from University of Central Missouri. Prior to forming my own accounting firm, I served on the management staff of two nationally acclaimed newspapers, controller of a St. Louis based publishing company and controller of an Arkansas manufacturing company.

After nearly 7 years in public accounting and 20 years in industry I have gained a wealth of practical day-to-day experience in managing personnel, developing accounting policies and procedures, implementing internal accounting controls, installing/supporting accounting software applications, and preparing income tax returns.

As a Certified Cafteria Plan Administrator and a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent, I am also able to assist you with all of your employee benefit needs. Debbie Yates

I have over 20 years of office management experience, ranging from executive secretary, to payroll and benefits manager, to accounts administrator. My interest in architecture led me to expand my skills and obtain an Interior Design degree in 1998. I combine my business experience and my excellent attention to detail to keep our office running efficiently, while also assisting with client accounts.

I have a Two-year Secretarial Certificate from Southeast Missouri State University and also an Associate in Applied Science in Interior Design from St. Louis Community College at Meramec.
